Healthee Connect is here: Employer’s central employee communications hub.  Coming this August, employers will have a curated homepage within the Healthee app wherein they can share vital announcements with their employees.

I recently shared the central importance of using marketing tactics to engage your employees about their benefits. Now, you can use Healthee Connect as part of your broader engagement strategy to drive benefits utilization and ultimately improve employee health outcomes.

The new functionalities of Healthee Connect are yet another way Healthee is promoting transparency at every level of the healthcare delivery system. Your employees can get the latest information about their benefits updates from their employer’s custom notifications, open the Healthee app, compare costs and find care, and then book an appointment. All without leaving the Healthee platform.

But we didn’t stop at benefits comms.

You can now use the Healthee Connect custom blend of email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app pop-ups to share anything with your employees. Think company announcement videos, last-minute closures at specific sites, hiring announcements, IT help desk forms, and more.

With the new employer admin interface, you’ll be able to build custom audiences, share announcements and custom content, and connect with your employees at a deeper level.
